Being on an animal's back running around in the woods is probably one of the nicest things to do. Many people think that any animal can be taken straight to the racetrack. They need to know how to build the stamina of the animal and they need to know how to build the endurance of the animal. These animals do not need to be trained to run, that is a natural ability. They do however need to be trained on running longer distances. The animal needs to build up something called stamina. This is something that will help them coping with longer distances at a much faster pace than what they are used to. Another thing that this animal would need for racing is endurance. This is something they need to learn that will keep them going when they might start feeling tired.

Many people think that a trainer will train the animal how to run. This is completely wrong. That is not what the trainer will teach the animal.

Do the short runs for a couple of days. Once you feel that the animal is comfortable with the distance you have been taking the animal, you can make the distance a little longer. You can carry on with this until the horse can run the distance that you want it to run and you feel that he is comfortable with the distance.

This is the best way to build up the endurance of the animal. The animal's muscles and the capacity of its lungs must also be building up gradually. You should also not push the animal to run fast from the start the first couple of weeks you should let the animal gallop.

Every couple of days the animal will be pushed a little harder to run faster and a longer distance. The reason why the trainer will do this is to build the stamina of the animal as well as the endurance of the animal. This will carry on for a few days and the animal will be going for a few days of light training.

The animal should have a few days of very light workouts. This should carry on for as long as it takes the animal to be completely comfortable with running fats and for long distances. The animal should also be able to understand when to run fast and when he can relax and gallop.

The muscles as well as the capacity of the lungs of the animals should also be trained to get better. The people that are being trained to train your animal will know exactly what to do to get your animal in top shape. They will know how far is far enough to push your animal. All of these things, the stamina, endurance, muscles and the lung capacity will work together to make your animal the absolute best to go for race. Trust the person that you got to train you animal, he is after all the qualified one.
