When A Person Has Back Pain, They Are Searching For Relief.

By Jacynth Prejsnar

"Now that my pain has gone do I need to continue with the program?" A simple reply was no. There are a few conditions with the reply though. You can stop if you want the pain to return again soon, stop now and leave the causes of your pain to remain and with time slowly increase.

Give up now and the cost of back pain relief will double if not triple. Why? Pain is only a signal that the muscle and joint imbalances have increased to the point where your body says "enough is enough". Once your spine has reached its breaking point the pain signal will occur.

It's the muscles of your back that determine the health of your spine. That means that keeping your back muscles strong, flexible and balanced is the key to receiving back pain relief. Because so many millions of Americans are looking for back pain relief, it seems that it is a condition that has no cure.

Remove a few and sure pain will ease, you will feel great again and go on with your life. Then one day soon, you will experience pain again. You will again remove the pain only, but this time it may take a little longer to do so. But it eases and then you once again enjoy your life. Then it may be a few weeks, months or even years and pain will occur once more. This time it is worse, it may never ease totally, you get some x-rays or scans and they say "look at all the degeneration" or "those disc have really worn out"...

In addition, a healthy diet, stress management and exercise can show you that your back can be healthy. Combined with the advice of your physician and any medications, you can find back pain relief.

More Serious Conditions. Sometimes back pain can come from more serious conditions. If you have suffered recent trauma, have a history of osteoporosis, cancer, diabetes or kidney complications, or have pain that is worse when lying down or at night, have bowel or bladder issues or unexplained fever or weight loss or gain, you must seek back pain relief from a qualified medical professional. The good news is that less than two percent of neck and back pain complaints are attributable to a serious cause.

But this is the most common course of back pain. Even if you seek help from practitioners this is still the most common outcome unless you do things to remove all the causes.

Long lasting back pain relief requires you to remove every cause, not just a few. But how do you know if they are all gone. This is the biggest mistake made in back pain relief... Not knowing where the causes are.

When the pain lasts longer than three days and prevents you from conducting your normal daily activities, you should see a doctor for diagnosis.

What I said to my clients was actually this. "Reassess your spine using the techniques you were given. If you can see that the muscles and joint are in balance then sure, stop the corrective techniques. Btu don't stop there.
